How do I place an order?
To complete your order:
Add your desired products to the cart.
On the following page, fill in your details: email address, name and address.
If you have a discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field on the right and click the “Apply” button.
Click “Continue to shipping method”. Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly (if different from your billing address).
Next, click “Continue to payment method” and enter your payment details.
Tick the relevant option if your billing address is the same as your shipping address.
To finalise your order, click “Place Order”. You will then see your order summary and receive a confirmation email.

What should I do if I receive missing or defective items?

For missing or faulty products, we will resend the correct items free of charge. You do not need to return the incorrectly delivered goods — you may keep them as a gift.
